FAQ
-
When is the auction? We have an online auction that is posted monthly on our website for approximately 2 weeks before the closing date. In that time, you can browse items, place bids, and ask questions about the items that you are interested in.
-
When do I pay for items won on the internet? When the auction closes on a Thursday night, we will NOT automatically charge the card on file that you registered with on the online catalog. We do not have access to that information. You can come in or call to pay the Friday or Saturday after the auction closes. We take cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. ALL credit and debit card payments incur a 3% fee.
-
How do I pick up the items I won?Pickup occurs on the Friday and Saturday after the auction closes from 10AM - 5PM. If you are paying in person, then pick up occurs at that time. If you are paying over the phone, we request that you schedule a specific pick-up within the time frame on Friday or Saturday.
-
I've won an item, but I'm out of state! We will contact you with one of two different options: 1. We will provide the shipping for you thru either USPS or UPS depending on which service gives us the best rate at the time. You will pay for the items and the shipping all at the same time over the phone. 2. If the item is large, heavy, extremely fragile, or requires another sort of specialized packaging, we will take the item to our local shipping company, and they will contact you directly for payment of shipping. Your items must be paid for through our system before we will deliver your items to the custom shipping company.
-
Can someone else pick up my items? If you are unable to pick up your items on Friday or Saturday, you can pay over the phone and let us know that a third party will be picking up your items. Alternatively, you can send the person with cash or a check to pay for your items won, and they can pick up the items for you.
-
I didn't get an invoice! We email invoices out automatically at the final close of the sale. Check your spam folder first when you don't see the invoice in your main email inbox. If you don't see it in there, and you think you may have won some items, call, text, or email us and we can re-email the invoice to you! Also, please remember to set our email address as a "Safe Sender" so that you receive your invoices and other email updates!
